Key Account Manager

In order to expand our growth we are seeking a Key Account Manager. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage and develop your named accounts
• Be the main point of contact and responsible for building strong relationships with key stake holders on the customer’s side;
• Identify opportunities and develop new corporate customers; 
• Proactively communicate to understand customers’ needs and help improve processes; 
• Cooperate with team members on large and international accounts;
• Collect and analyse data, to learn more about client behavior
• Coordinate with client support and others so that the client’s expectations are met.

IDEAL CANDIDATE 

• Achieved consistently strong results; 
• 3+ years of successful sales experience
• Experience preferably in solution selling or hardware/software
• Secondary/higher education;
• Ability and willingness to work independently and within a team;
• Fluent Latvian speaker and very good in English
• Excellent problem solver with a “get things done” attitude
• Excellent people skills and intuitive to client’s business needs.
• Interest and competence in IT;
• Good Russian language skill is a plus.

The gross salary per month is 2000 - 2800 Euro, based on qualifications and experience.
